Please do not drop off your pet more than 15 minutes before your appointment.  If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will need to reschedule.

We will text you 15 minutes prior to your pet being finished.  Please, pick up your pet within 30 minutes of your text to avoid being charged a daycare fee.

Bougie Pet Parlor reserves the right to refuse to dematt your pet if we feel that it is going to hurt your pet.  There are extra fees for matted pets, even if the coat is removed because of the danger to the pet and the extra time for the pet grooming.

Bougie Pet Parlor reserves the right to refuse to stress your pet out further by grooming them, if your pet is ill or injured.  Stress can add too illness, and delay healing of injured pets.

Bougie Pet Parlor reserves the right to refuse to perform any services that may put the pet groomer in harm's way.  Instead, we will stop and contact you to let you know that we will not be able to continue with your pet.  We recommend CBD treats before the grooming and can provide you with samples if needed.
